Before entering law school at age 38, Rick sold, designed and installed over $20 million of computer systems for manufacturers, distributors, bankers, and government agencies. Geographical Scope
We serve the needs of business clients and independent inventors located throughout the United States as well as clients based in Europe and the Far East. For our clients, we handle matters wherever they arise, both in the United States and on an international basis. To assist us internationally, we have a network of intellectual property associates located in virtually every country of significance. They assist us with whatever intellectual property matters need to be addressed for our clients in their respective countries.

Our Work
Tasks include preparing agreements dealing with technology, such as confidentiality, development, distribution, technology transfer and licensing agreements, as well as joint venture, corporation and LLC formation. Other essential tasks include preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in all technologies, and preparing trademark applications and copyright registrations.

We engage in litigation and other forms of dispute resolution to enforce our clients’ intellectual property rights and defend our clients against the assertion of intellectual property rights of others. We engage major intellectual property firms as needed for support in both complex litigation and claim drafting strategy. CONTINGENT CASES ARE ACCEPTED.
