Mr. Martin founded the firm in 1992. Mr. Martin has written hundreds of mechanical, electrical, and software patents over the past ten years. Fields of use have included magnetic field sensing, lasers, engraving, lightning protection, surge elimination, automated parking systems, communications controllers, drilling systems, accounting packages, optics, sporting equipment, vehicle control systems, machine tools, medical devices, air purifiers, acoustic transducers, child alarm systems, amusement rides, hand cleaning apparatus, rotary air compressor, and security systems. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in all phases of intellectual property law including licensing, litigation and trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
Mr. Martin was an IBM New Account Computer Salesman from New York City. He became a computer entrepreneur in 1974 and headed up various high tech minicomputer consulting firms, Marketing Program Manager, NCR, 1982, entered law school at age 38 and specializes in counseling startups.
